Duggan is an established neighbourhood in south Edmonton. It is bounded by 40 Avenue on the north, Calgary Trail on the east, 111 Street on the west, and 34 Avenue to the south.

The majority of the homes (67%) were constructed in the 1960s and 1970s. Then development slowed in the early 1980s when only 7% of homes were built. Development increased again in the 1990s when 15% of the residences were built, completing the district. Real estate in Duggan includes single-family homes (61%), apartments (28%) and row housing (11%). 

Duggan is a mature neighbourhood with giant trees, quiet streets, parks, playgrounds and sport fields. The Duggan Community Hall is an active hub that hosts many activities year-round.

In the centre of the neighbourhood is a commercial area that provided residents with a range of small businesses and health care clinics. There are also two elementary schools.
