98% Sales to Listing Ratio for 2010!

2010 was a fantastic year, with a sales to lisiting ratio of 98%! This means that only 2 homes out of all of my homes listed did not sell in 2010. I predict 2011 to also be a great year. Happy New Year everyone and I look forward to working with you in 2011!
