HIGHER AVERAGE PRICE YEAR-OVER-YEAR
Edmonton saw a 4.7% increase in our average sale price.

LOWER SALES VOLUME YEAR-OVER-YEAR
The number of homes that sold in 2025 was 10.5% lower.

HIGHER INVENTORY YEAR-OVER-YEAR
There are 28% more residential homes for sale in Edmonton.
