HIGHER AVERAGE PRICE YEAR-OVER-YEAR
Edmonton saw a year-over-year increase of 6.35% in its average sale price.

LOWER SALES VOLUME YEAR-OVER-YEAR
The number of homes sold in 2025 was 6.50% lower than in 2024.

HIGHER NEW LISTINGS YEAR-OVER-YEAR
There are 9.17% more new residential listings in the Greater Edmonton Area.
