Glendridding is a trendy new neighbourhood in southwest Edmonton inside of Windermere. It is bounded by 170 Street on the west, 41 Avenue to the south, Ellerslie Road to the north and Whitemud Creek to the east.
Development started in 2012 and is still underway. Glendriddding offers brand new homes at various price points, all with modern designs. Housing will be approximately 85 percent low density with single and semi-detached homes, and 15 percent medium density with row and low-rise housing.

Once construction is completed, Glenridding will have walkways connecting its natural areas including a seven-acre village park, a large district park, and two stormwater ponds. Future development will also include shops and a school.
Its proximity to Windermere provides easy access to many amenities including schools, shops, two golf clubs, a recreation facility and a VIP movie theatre. It is also quick and easy to get onto major roads including Anthony Henday Drive, Whitemud Drive, and Terwillegar Drive.
