Selling your home begins with a simple conversation. This is where we exchange information about your goals and collect information about the property to complete a comparative market analysis. We’ll also arrange an in-person meeting to walk through your home and review your home evaluation.
Our in-person meeting includes a walk-through, review of a comparative market analysis, a home preparation strategy, and your tailored marketing plan. Our meeting usually takes 1.5 hours to complete.
Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll set a listing date and coordinate everything needed to showcase your home at its absolute best. If your home needs staging, we bring in a trusted stager. Finalize details such as inclusions and exclusions and prepare your listing materials.
For most homes, this preparation phase takes just 4-10 days. Luxury properties or homes with distinctive features may require a little more time (typically 4–14 days) to allow for custom feature sheets and “Just Listed” marketing campaigns.
