Let me again take the opportunity to thank you extensively, Alison. In retrospect through the blur of the past few weeks, this has been a very good move on our part, positively interpersonal and very worthwhile in outcomes.
And it was made all the more navigable and profoundly efficient by the tremendous foresight, negotiation skill sets, honesty and transparency, aptitude for personal interaction, professionalism, and tenacity in behind-the-scenes logistics that you collaborated to share with us to the fullest. Truly it was a memorable, exhausting, fast-paced but nonetheless very positive experience. We felt throughout without hesitation that we clearly had the right people retained to assist us in this life milestone…particularly since much of it occurred at geographic distance over the phone and e-mail.
The advice from both of you was well-placed, of good timing and clearly experiential. I would encourage you to continue using your introductory CV that you provided us on first contact. It assisted our decision to engage. In hindsight, it is a statement of truth and it is clear that you conduct your approach to this vocation by the wise advice: “Be precise; negotiate hard, but fair; and advise clients as if they were family.”
Thank you again.
Best regards and blessings,
- Jim and Lorraine Witiw – Oliver, Edmonton
